LumenLyric designs, develops, and publishes its own consumer applications:

• Consumer Applications: We develop and publish our own digital products (e.g., Infinite Rizz, Kato, Noto, and LumenLyric).
• Independent studio: All apps are built and maintained independently. These terms govern your use of the Website and our published apps.

When using apps developed and published by LumenLyric:

• Specific App Terms: Certain apps (like Infinite Rizz) may have their own specific Terms of Service and Privacy Policies baked into the app. In such cases, those specific terms supersede these general terms regarding the use of that specific app.
• Subscriptions & App Stores: Any purchases or subscriptions made within our apps are processed through respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) and are subject to their specific payment and refund policies.
• User Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload within our apps, but you grant LumenLyric a license to host and display that content as necessary to operate the app.

All original content, features, code, and functionality on this Website and within our proprietary apps are owned by LumenLyric and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

LumenLyric shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or applications.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
