These terms and conditions will automatically apply to you once you download or use the app. You should make sure you read them carefully before using the app.

As long as you use the Infinite Rizz app, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Therefore please read the below information carefully and do not use the app if you do not agree with them.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Infinite Rizz. If you are under 18, you represent that you have received your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the app.

The Infinite Rizz app is provided to create AI-assisted pick-up lines and professional answers. You agree not to:

• Create racist, sexually explicit, hate-related, abusive or otherwise illegal content.
• Violate any of the local, national and international laws.
• Hack, crash, reverse engineer, decompile or exploit our freemium limitations or the app's back-end systems.

The chat generated by our app is an AI output.

Accuracy & Tone: the developer of the Infinite Rizz app can not guarantee that AI output generated is completely accurate and applicable in every situation or may lead to unwanted results.

Personal Responsibility: you assume all risks and responsibility for the use of generated texts, picking up the suggested answers for your conversations. The developer of this app (Maaz) can not be held responsible for any undesired outcomes, professional problems, misunderstandings, rejection, HR conflicts etc. that might occur when using our app's output texts.

Infinite Rizz offers premium subscription plans (Infinite Rizz Pro) which unlock unlimited AI generations, an ad-free experience, and other premium features. If you decide not to purchase a plan, you are limited to (for example) 15 generations a day. Please do not delete and reinstall our app just to avoid our generation limitation; this would also fall under violation of our terms of service.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Pricing: The cost of the subscription depends on the plan you choose (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Yearly). Prices are subject to change.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Google Play or Apple App Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. We cannot grant refunds directly.

We may need to terminate your access to the app if we think that you've been violating our terms and conditions or engaging in any type of fraudulent activity that relates to our subscription system. We will notify you if and when this happens.

We might update our terms and conditions from time to time. You should check this page periodically for any changes to it.
