Infinite Rizz ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Infinite Rizz mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you use the App, we create an anonymous account and collect:

• User ID — a unique identifier assigned to your anonymous account
• Display Name — the name you provide during onboarding or profile editing
• Gender — optional demographic information you choose to share
• Account Creation Date — when your account was created

We automatically collect certain information when you use the App, including:

• Screen views and navigation events
• Feature usage patterns (e.g., which AI features you use, generation counts)
• Session duration and frequency
• Device type, operating system version, and screen resolution
• App version and build number

Text inputs you provide for AI processing (e.g., messages for reply generation)

Chat screenshots you upload for AI analysis (processed in memory, not stored on our servers)

AI-generated responses created on your behalf

When you subscribe to Infinite Rizz Pro:

• Subscription status (active, expired, cancelled)
• Subscription plan (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime)
• RevenueCat customer identifier

The App may request access to:

• Microphone — for voice-to-text input in the Professional Reply feature
• Camera/Gallery — for uploading chat screenshots in the Screenshot Reply feature

The following data is stored locally on your device and is NOT transmitted to our servers:

• Saved pickup lines (stored in a local SQLite database)
• App preferences and settings
• Cached AI configuration
• Ad interaction timestamps

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality
• To process AI generation requests
• To manage your subscription and entitlements
• To display relevant advertisements (for free-tier users)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the App
• To communicate important updates or changes to the App
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the service

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Appwrite — Backend infrastructure (authentication, database)
• Google AdMob — Advertising
• RevenueCat — Subscription management
• PostHog — Analytics
• AI Providers (OpenAI, Groq, others) — AI content generation

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings.

Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.

Local data (saved lines, preferences) remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data.

AI-processed content is processed in real-time and is not stored after generation.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information:

• All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption
• Authentication is handled through secure anonymous sessions
• We do not store payment information on our servers
• Access to backend systems is restricted and monitored

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data and account
• Portability — Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out — Opt out of analytics tracking

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
